Senior Integrations Engineer

Senior Integrations Engineer

Analyze, develop, test, and support complex integrations with multiple vendors and clients requiring higher levels of support and intervention as well as advanced interoperability standards. Handle on-boarding new data sources and in-migration of existing data feeds. Support integration testing during project life cycle, perform feed migration, and anticipate enterprise-wide issues taking proactive action to remediate, perform regression testing to ensure product/interfaces work as expected, and design and execute unit, system, and integration test plans for new developments/releases/reports. Serve as secondary escalation point on connectivity, data quality, and standards adherence issues, monitor interoperability environment for interface-related issues, and assist in diagnosing integration issues. Manage expectations with participants on delivery, working with leadership to escalate as necessary, coordinate changes with multiple teams of project managers. Conduct and document results on validations for HL7, C-CDA, XDS.b, Webservice, API and other basic interoperability standards, work with CyncHealth participants to understand customer’s product-specific requirements and configuration, and work with vendor, internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrations comply with CyncHealth data standards and specifications aligned with enterprise standards for data quality. Protect assets and integrity, security, and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the organization. Position may work from headquarters in La Vista, Nebraska or remotely from one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or closely related field with five years of experience in application integration or a closely related technical field which includes five years of knowledge in HL7, four years of background in CCD technologies, and three years of background working with one of the following integration engines: Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, Intersystem, or Ensemble. Must have an understanding of HIPAA, knowledge of TCP/IP and networking terminology, and background reading vendor specifications and performing gap analysis. Must be able to manage multiple projects at one given time, possess strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
