Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist - 20 Hours/Week

Location: La Vista, NE

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and interviewing prospective employees to find the right match for CyncHealth.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, including position requirements and minimum candidate qualifications.
  • Source and interview qualified candidates for all open positions. Develop new strategies to acquire talent in alignment with market trends.
  • Organize screening requirements including technical assessments.
  • Manage staffing agency vendor partners resourcefully.
  • Maintain internal records in the ATS and tracking documentation.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics on a recurring basis.
  • Maintain branding standards and further CyncHealth brand awareness as an employer in our community.
  • Attend career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  • Follow internal offer process and issue accurate offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Provide training to management on the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Understand individual hiring manager styles and adapt approach as needed to achieve best result.
  • Facilitate pre-employment screenings including background, drug, and reference checks.
  • Adopt continual improvement efforts. Research best practices and implement mature process enhancements.
  • Model CyncHealth’s values and Code of Conduct.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. High school diploma required.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP, CPC, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Understanding of general HR processes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking software. Familiarity with Clear Company strongly preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Light work requiring exertion up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Ability to work from La Vista, NE office with reliable and predictable attendance.
